How it Works
Our Process....
Creating your Glass Everlasting Memorial
Creating a memorial should feel meaningful, not complicated. From choosing your piece to receiving the finished memorial, the Glass Everlasting process is designed to be simple, personal, and handled with care.
Only a small amount of cremation ash is needed. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive clear instructions for preparing and sending the ashes used to create your piece.
From Ashes to Art
-
1. Choose Your Memorial
Choose the memorial style that speaks to you, then select the available colors and options that best represent the person or pet you’re remembering.
-
2. Send a Small Amount of Ashes
After your order is placed, you’ll receive instructions explaining how to safely package, identify, and send the small amount of cremation ash needed to create your memorial.
-
3. Your Piece is Handcrafted
Your memorial is individually created at the torch. A small amount of ash is carefully incorporated into the molten glass, becoming a permanent part of the finished piece.
-
4. Your Memorial Comes Home
After your piece is completed and inspected, it is carefully packaged and shipped to you, ready to become part of the way you remember someone you love.
YOUR LOVED ONES ASHES
Only a Small Amount is Needed
You do not need to send a large portion of your loved one’s ashes. Each Glass Everlasting memorial requires only a small amount.
Detailed instructions are provided after ordering so you know exactly what to send and how to package it. Please do not send more than requested.
Because every memorial style is different, the exact amount needed will be specified with your order.
Handled with care
We Understand what you're Entrusting to Us
Cremation ashes are irreplaceable. We understand that sending even a small amount to someone else requires trust.
From the time your ashes are received through the creation of your memorial, they are treated with care and respect. Each memorial is created individually, with attention given to keeping your materials associated with your order throughout the process.
This isn’t simply another material used to make a piece of glass. It represents someone who mattered to you, and we approach every memorial with that understanding.
